How much does shipping cost?


For all US orders over $50 you will receive FREE shipping! Shipping prices for Canada orders and orders under $50 will vary depending on your purchase.

Where do you ship to?


Currently we can ship anywhere within the US and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot offer worldwide shipping at this time.

Where are you located, and from where do you ship?


Little Space Candy Shop is located in and ships out from New Jersey/Pennsylvania.

Do you offer discreet shipping?


Yes! All of our orders are shipped out in plain, white or brown, discreet boxes.

We recognize that many of you will need a discreet delivery in order to safely receive your order, and our goal at Little Space Candy is to make sure that you always get to enjoy your little space products!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Your order will be shipped 1-2 weeks (1-4 weeks for custom orders) after the order is placed and it will arrive 3-6 days later, by including your email you will also receive access to tracking your order!

What should I do if my order is lost or stolen?


After your order is shipped out, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package has been lost/stolen you can learn how to request help from the USPS mailing system by visiting their website.

Do you take custom requests?


Yes, we absolutely love bringing your custom ideas to life! Simply visit our customs page and pick out all of the little details for your custom, then fill in the description box to fully explain your custom idea! After you design your custom we will reach out to ask any further questions we have regarding your design and show you a sketch of your pacifier idea to confirm!

How long to custom orders take?


Depending on your design, customs will take between 1-4 weeks to complete.

Can I still get a custom if I'm unsure of all the details?


Yes! If you have an idea about what style/theme/colors you’d like for your custom but you are unsure about all of the little details and would like for us to choose them for you, please contact us directly by email and we will pick out all of the smaller details to create a custom piece based on your general idea.

Which items can I customize?


All products available can be customized by request! This includes adult pacifiers, mystery boxes, adult baby bottles, and little jewelry.

How do I clean my new pacifier?


Very carefully! Your pacifier is covered in beautiful little gems and charms that are not designed to be submerged under water. We suggest using pacifier wipes to wipe only the teat and back of shield clean.

Are your products handmade?


Yes, the majority of our products are handmade! Aside from premade items found in our mystery boxes, we design and handcraft each of our products just for you.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?


We do not accept returns or order cancellations

Do you offer refunds?


Partial refunds will be offered on a case to case basis depending on your purchase and reason for requesting a refund. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
